As much as I’d like shillary behind bars I reluctantly agree. It would set a bad precedent for past, current and future SOS, SOD, presidents etc. Imagine the lawsuits that could be filed based on an intelligence report that may indicate terrorist activity. We would hamstrings g our ability to get anything done. Shillary would be convicted in the court of public opinion.
