That’s how this should be answered, and when someone replies with “the national election for president” that’s an opportunity for a teaching moment for them to learn that there is no such thing - that in our democratic REPUBLIC we vote as citizen residents of our respective states in 51 (+DC) seperate contests, and not in one national contest - hence a national majority is not only irrelevant, it is nonexistent!
You can’t score more runs then the other team in a “game” if there is no game. And when if comes to a national vote, the EC is the only game in town, so for all the other voters, there is no game on a national scale - as their only vote is to decide how they want their state represented in the EC.

This right here is why I STILL call McCain McQueeg. I read it here first, a long time ago and wish with all of my heart that it had been me who came up with it.
After she soundly thrashed Donald Trump in the election she magnanimously conceded to allow him to become president to avoid the civil war that the KKK right was set to unleash. That demonstrates a Real Winner. Now she should continue to strive hard to gain her party’s nomination for the 202 run so she can repeat her magnanimous gesture while politically drowning what remains of her Party.
You didn't beat Trump. Yes, you officially won the popular vote. However, that's not how Presidents are elected (see principally the 12th Amendment).
You didn't beat either of them. You denied Sanders of the opportunity to compete against you and you beat Trump only in a statistic that you, and your supporters, wish was the way Presidents were elected.
And the support she got from the audience is disturbing but that’s where she came from so I should expect nothing less. Sad thing is these idiots will soon be loosed on society and that makes me nervous......
And in the end, the truth remains; no Clinton has ever won a majority of votes cast in any presidential election.

When I run across libs who supported Hillary and say that she won and Donald J. Trump is not their president I offer the folloring:
President Trump won thre times. He won on Nov.8th, secondly he won the recount, and of course he won the vote of the electoral college. That in my book is a THREEFER.
