I guess I’m blind. I didn’t see a teacher kiss a student. I saw a student actively approach a teacher and kiss him. He put his arm up, but the pixelated censor made it impossible to see if he was patting someone or pushing them away.
This does not look at all to me like a teacher called someone over and then kissed them.
Beyong that, do we know for sure this is not a child of the teacher or some such thing.
Just throwing that out there because there is so little information given here, you can’t tell jack from the video.

Backstory is that the guy is best friends with the kids’ mother and was a care taker for this boy and his sister for a time.
He plead guilty to battery so the kids did not have to testify.
