Notre Dame, IN - A group of graduating students walked out during Vice President Mike Pence's commencement speech at the University of Notre Dame on Sunday.
Any graduate who walked out on Mike Pence is a dirtbag!!!! All the praise that the DimBots on Twitter are giving them (i.e., calling them “patriotic students”) is RUBBISH!!!!
These dirtbags should have their degrees revoked! That will teach them and all who are like them a real lesson!!!!

Back in the 60s, Henry Kissinger refused to be mystified and intimidated by the idea of student protest like this. He said it was merely childish behavior by children brought up without sufficent restraint and discipline. I feel sorry for the members of Generation Snowflake who have been deprived of a loving but firm discipline that even includes corporal punishment when needed.
But, they didn’t walk our when this ostensibly Catholic University arrested a priest for trying to pray the rosary for the unborn. Hypocrites!

No, the leaders of ND University arrested an elderly priest who tried to pray the Rosary for the unborn on that occasion and haunted him with trespassing charges until he died.

I agree and some parents walked out with their little sweeties. They’ll be taken care of by mom and dad for the rest of their ignorant lives and I hope those parents live to regret the mistake they made. Serves them right.
Grove City is an actual Conservative univ. ND, Georgetown, LaSalle and most other “Catholic” schools are nothing of the sort, n either Conservative nor Catholic.

The students complained they were being talked to by a sock.
Then there was my daughter’s graduation in which a former US Senator spoke. This was just after the Columbine shootings and the speech was such a downer one of the grads said after, “Well, I guess we all might as well go out and kill ourselves!”
Well, did not walkouts sign a petition or something so they can be known and take full pride and ownership of their part in the little protest?

Yes, there was quite a difference between how the administration handled the protest against Obama and the protest against Pence.
But, in the earlier protest, they only took action against people coming on to campus who were not invited. They took no action against graduating students who chose to join the protest.
Without a doubt, the leaders of the University are spineless creatures. But leftist is not an accurate characterization of the undergraduate student body,
The protest against Pence involved a very small percentage of graduating seniors. The mainstream press just decided to play it up.
In the case of the Obama protest, it was mostly reported on by conservative Christian/Catholic media outlets.
What are their names? That way any sane business owner will have a heads-up and not hire these losers.

I sadly agree.
Not that it would ever happen (because I’m sure the colleges actively encourage this at worst and turn a blind eye at best) but can we please get rid of the grandstanding during graduation? No writing on the cap and gown, no political statements of any nature. Just enjoy the day and stop trying to make disruptions
Now everywhere you turn, RESIST written on caps, fag flags, walk outs, BLM statements on gowns.
They will be congratulated by a few. They will stick their chins and fists in the air.
