That pic is the hwy 550 South Hill on the Southside of Durango and intersects with Co. 160 at the bottom (no bridge though) that goes east to Pagosa and Bayfield or North to Durango. You might be thinking Northern Durango on North 550.
Found it on Google Maps. It is slightly east on 160 there. It has a traffic circle on the north side where it crosses 160. On Google maps it is listed as “The bridge to nowhere.”
