I drove my family nuts stopping every few feet to take photos. Finally my wife said she would drive, and for me to yell when I wanted her to stop. So I did.
“STOP! STOP! NO NO, BACK THERE! BACK UP A HUNDRED YARDS! Stop sooner! THE CLOUDS HAVE MOVED! THE PHOTO IS NOT THE SAME!” Now I do all the driving when we get to picturesque country.
I have hundreds of photos, and thousands of digital photos.
Strange. I have very few photos of Oklahoma and Kansas. The Glass(Gloss) and Wichita Mountains of Oklahoma is about all. Wonder why!
Poor old Kansas gets a bad rap, it can actually be quite beautiful, especially with all the native wild sunflowers in bloom, bobbing in the ever-present breeze.
