Always up for ‘new’ ideas to reach the same goal....
Ideal fate is not only long and torturous but also ‘cheap’, well mostly inexpensive.
Main thing is keep him/her/it alive long enough to recognize the error in their ways.
OH for maximum effect mandatory attendance or broadcast on pay TV to raise enough money to pay for the honey etc with the balance going to the ‘locked box general fund’ (hmmm), of course, like traffic and red light cameras, -—once the people see how effective they can be-— become useless as they tend to change their ‘habits’.
