A lesbian has been granted the rights of a husband in a bitter custody battle after a judge initially rejected her role as parent to an artificially conceived child.

Erica and Sabrina Witt married in Washington, D.C, in April 2014 and Sabrina gave birth to a girl through a sperm donor a year later - who Erica never formally adopted.

A Tennessee judge initially ruled that Erica had no parental rights to the child as she did not meet the legal definition of 'husband'.

But after furious backlash over the same-sex case, the judge changed his mind, granted the divorce and agreed that Sabrina and Erica Witt could split custody.

Yep. We see the world suffering fromnot only a muslim problem but this gay/gender fluid agenda.
