18 articles, not a single one supportive or even acknowledging the reasoning stated in the letter. 13 of the 18 are clear hit pieces just from the titles.
Comey was the plug in the swamp.
Company town, company paper. Company man just got fired. The company is outraged. The voters are rejoicing.
I don’t understand the fuss with these people. He’s politically appointed and serves at the pleasure of the president, right? It seems simple to me.

They hate Trump, so anything Trump does is wrong. Trump fires Comey, something Democrats have been saying should happen, forces them to oppose Trump for doing what they want and having to explode their minds to now oppose it.
Rush also had an interesting take on this as well this morning. He used this as a teachable moment on how out of touch Democrats are with their base. He pointed out that Steve Colbert in his monologue said there was breaking important news, Comey had just been fired by Donald Trump....the crowd cheered! He was stunned and he had expected them to boo.
He then stated that there must be a lot of Pro-Trump supporters in the audience, when there were probably close to none. Democrat opinion makers oppose Trump first and foremost, regardless of what he does or doesn't do.

The thoughtful observer need only to observe who is most upset to know who was in league with Comey. Suspect President Trump is a thoughtful observer.
