President Trump may not know as much history as pecksniff George Will. OTOH, President Trump will make and profoundly influence world history whereas Will will be remembered mostly for his bowtie, if at all.

We live in a world where Vice Presidents are forgotten just a few years out of office, and even cabinet members are forgotten even if you knew who they were.
Newspaper columnist are even lower on the pecking order. A year after his death 90% of the people who currently recognize his name will have forgotten him. Ten years and I would say it would increase to 99%.
When it is all said and done, President Trump will be remembered, George Will be George Who.
