Since there are no surveillance cameras in bathrooms, it will be a he said she said sort of scenario. The defense probably found evidence on her cell phone etc that she had had sex with boys in the past and would attack her credibility on the stand. Terrible.
I agree with your “he said, she said” in spite of the reported bloody mess found in the bathroom. I’m sure she was forced to have sex, but the cell phone evidence gets the liberal Monkey County prosecutors off the hook, and that’s what’s really important here.
