They did replace Boehner with Ryan, and the leadership didn’t change.
If it’s included with the entire budget they will.

A lot of us take 4-5 years to pay for a car and 20-30 years to by a house. That doesn’t mean we aren’t paying for them. Si, they’ll pay.
