MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (AP) - Police say a 10-year-old boy has been charged as a juvenile with aggravated arson after a fire at an Ohio discount store caused damage estimated at more than $200,000.
Middletown police Lt. Jim Cunningham says about 10 people were inside the Family Dollar store when the fire began Sunday afternoon. No one was hurt.

At a Summer job, one sprinkler went off in the warehouse, some what fortunately over some outdoor goods, but the stuff still got wet, followed by mold or mildew.
Would it be okay to handcuff this ten year old?
That might include structural damage to the store itself?

Nope. Do what my Grandma always said with a boy this bad. “Take him to the field and horsewhip him!”
However if the parents ever actually whipped him at all, much less a horsewhipping, you and I both know they’d be the ones in handcuffs probably why the kid did what he did.

For real? Am willing to bet this kid has no dad and mom is a poor excuse for a mother just like all other single moms who bought into this nothing that single motherhood is just grand.
How does a 10 year old go into a store and mom not know what he’s doing much less setting the place on fire? Our mom knew every second and if we cut up she just said our names sharply and that was the end of that.
