Dina Powell is Donald Trump’s new Deputy National Security Advisor. Powell is also close friends with Valerie Jarrett and Huma Abedin. In 2013, Powell dined with Abedin and the wife of wealthy Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Also present was Jenna Bush Hager, the daughter of George W. Bush and Arianna Huffington.
In a photo taken of the group, Abedin and Powell are standing next to one another. Abedin’s hand is seen resting comfortably on Powell’s waist, via New York Social Diary...

Because guilt by association is an invalid method for discrediting someone.
Typically, if such an association exists, one would seek additional evidence in support of the notion that this person is somehow tainted.
In the real world, countless examples can be found of friendships—including very intimate ones— existing between people of diametrically opposed political views.
Ann Coulter dating Bill Maher would be an example. James Carville and Mary Matalin's marriage would be another. Did Ann Coulter's conservative credentials or loyalties suddenly become suspect because of that friendship? Did she suddenly become a traitor to conservatism?
If this woman is a lifelong Republican, and she hasn't shown any tendency to disregard her Republican principles and beliefs, then the mere fact of her being a friend—even a close friend—to someone like Huma Abedin is simply not sufficient cause for concern.
Of course, the production of additional evidence could indeed raise red flags, but as yet I'm not aware of any.

I don't know much about Tiffany Trump; however, I do know about Ivanka, whose BFF are a pack of far lefty, "entitled" brats! And then there is Jarred, who comes from an EXTREMELY lefty family AND his childhood BFF is Chelsea Clintons' worthless husband.
Ivanka is on record, saying that she always tries to INFLUENCE her father, to enact her lefty/Socialistic daydreams.
Yeah, that's all that's been happening for the last 3 months.
