Bill Clinton was the only semi successful President the Democrats had in the last fifty years, they can’t give up the Clintons because they’re all they’ve got. The Kennedys since JFK have proved to be a damp squib and the rest are doddering leftist buffoons.
I must respectfully disagree. Bill Clinton’s first two years were disastrous. Then, in response, the Republicans swept Congress and Newt basically took over.
Among the horrific blunders of Clinton’s—refusing to accept Osama bin Laden when he was handed to us. Gift wrapped. Twice. Enabling the Norks to get nukes. The Haitian Boat People. Allowing the wall of separation between the CIA and FBI (Jamie Gorelick—Ivanka and Prince Jared’s *ethics* advisor), which allowed 9/11 to happen.
Need I go on? Clinton was a terrible president. The country held together because of Newt and the Republican congress along with an artificial bubble created by the dot.com eruption.
That's according to our definition of the term, but if you survey liberals, they'll all tell you that Obama hung the moon.
That punk was one of the biggest f*** ups in world history, but they revere the guy.
Like we have a good record? Since Eisenhower, only Reagan was more than semi-successful. We'll see about Trump.
