Toronto IS Dearborn North, but I don’t see this being the muslims. They don’t seem to be the type that are organized and clever enough to run a child prostitution ring. I see them more as what you hear from Europe - just going around and grabbing and raping when the mood strikes them, thinking it’s perfectly fine.
