But it will introduce more people to Jesse Watters, who will end up with his own primetime FNC program within a year. Probably “Watters World” like he has now on Saturday but maybe something even better.
I am hoping somebody will start a Conservative leaning cable news channel.
I never understood the popularity of O’Reilly. Glad to see Tucker get that slot. Hannity should be on at 9:00.
You couldn’t PAY me to watch a show with Dana PeRINO and Greg Gutfeld in it. The only member of “The Five” with any brains and speaking ability is Kimberly Guilfoyle. She needs to move over to the business channel ASAP.
McCallum should be hawking candy grams, and the Five is unwatchable at any time.
i’ve already nuked all FNC recorder timers except hannity.
FNC will soon be nothing more than another small fish in a sea of fake news outlets like CNN.
FNC has never been a REAL news-gathering organization. They have almost no paid national or international correspondents. They’ve been enormously profitable with minimal expenses by pretending to be a news organization, when in fact they truly are nothing but a bunch of talking heads regurgitating news gathered by other organizations that had to pay to get that news.
However, FNC managed to compensate for the above slight-of-hand by attracting a loyal audience desperate for conservative viewpoints completely absent from all the other media. Without actual news, and without these nonconformist viewpoints, FNC ends up having nothing to offer their current audience, and no matter what FNC ends up doing, they will NEVER attract the Progs who lap up the slops at CNN and MSNBC.
James is nuking the one and only thing unique about FNC: a sometimes conservative viewpoint. FNC is dead, they just don’t know it yet.
There is no combination to replace BOR.
I have not watched regularly but he had a brand that had been molded for 20 years.
FNC will fall and FBN will rise. Lou Dobbs will grow.
Charles Payne is good but needs some dancers.
Agree the wrong format but we’ll see.
The only thing Watters has going for him is his ability to talk to stupid people.
The Five sucks and will suck more at 9pm Juan is a pathetic DNC talking point hack and Beckle is even worse. I don’t watch it now and won’t
I like Tucker but he lead off debates with a Left Wing nut job are bad as it gives a platform to these people. Yea Tucker smokes them, but I don’t want to hear their nonsense.
Hanity at 10 is too late for me. Move home to 9, Tucker at 8 without Leftie debates. Or save those debates to final segment don’t lead with it.
What about Cuvotto? Move him to 7. I like his business angle, but at 4, we are at work.
I know Judge Jeanine probably doesn’t have to work, but boy I’d just love to see her in one of those time slots. Her weekly show goes by way too quickly!
I like Jesse and I hope he gets a shot. His street interviews are classic, but depressing when you realize that these people vote and need to find work
Jimmy boy will be happy to see it blow up. He’ll probably start recruiting at the BBC to raise the tone of Fox and thereby destroy it utterly and completely.
Fox is forgetting about who brought them to the dance - they’ll be very alone very soon....
What goes around, comes around. Snarky Megyn started their demise.
Stopped watching. Catch the Fox Business for news.
Whatever happened to plain evening news? Seems it’s a thing of the long ago past anymore. Are not all of these evening Fox ‘news’ shows just talking heads who give their opinions about current events? I’d far rather read other FReepers comments about ‘news’ rather than any of the talking heads on TeeVee. It seems like the talking heads are some kind of sports figures or Hollywood actors that people idolize or something. “Yeah! You say it Hannity!” “That’s telling ‘em Tucker!!!”
I’ve no interest in fox now. I hope Jesse Waters and Dennis Miller work it out okay.
The five is too intellectually light. The worst offender is Juan Williams who should just fax the DNC talking points in. Next comes Bob Beckel, Burned out Drug addict / alcoholic who rages when he’s corrected or the discussion doesn’t go his way. I wonder if they velcro him into the chair.
Next is Dana Perino. She’s not a talking head, she’s a nodding head. I love dogs. Stop talking about your dogs. Greg Gutfeld Sometimes puts in a good observation, but he’s a different type of funny. He’s mean funny. Kimberly Guilfoyle can at least stare into the camera while delivering her pitch, which is usually mainstream conventional wisdom. What I like about Kimberly is she knows that attractive women like to look attractive. There’ll be no sexual harassment accusations from her, but still nobody on this show say’s anything profound.
Eric Bolling is different. He’s like the guy with an IQ of 125. They know what is wrong and how they feel and how others should feel about a certain issue. You can see it in his face. He just doesn’t have the ability to sell it convincingly.
Special mention for Geraldo Rivera — Imagine Kim Kardashion naked, bending over and mooning the camera. Some see a perfect ass, I see a total ass. (totally greg gutfeld right?)
Let’s see ...
Bret Baer perfect poise in delivery. He looks up from the desk papers like a College Wrestler about to engage. You can see the hidden glee leak through on negative Trump stories and he helps push it along but not as much as ....
Shepard Smith. His delivery is appalling. I feel like I just met a Gay Wino street preacher for the few seconds I see him while diving for the remote.
Brit Hume. Wasted his opportunity. The bemused delivery grows old fast when you can really sense he’s an Alien from another world.
The morning crew is good. they’re light hearted but they’re supposed to be in the A.M. Fox would have been better elevating one of them (not the young guy) to the evening slot. Did they even consider Sharyl Attkisson? Even under just a temporary contract or has Attkisson’s misdeeds not been fully revealed?
As for fox? They have a problem. O’Reilly was just an objective. They targeted Hannity first but pulled off and went silent for a while ... Some idle talk in that period of other women making general claims with no attribution and no target. Then bam! The deluge on O’Reilly — who in all likelihood did nothing more than express interest in women and moved on if rejected.
Fox’s problem is they are the target and the advertisers are lining up against them. They’re sudden increase in ‘in house’ commentators as guests. They’re not putting up a fight. If you called for help me and millions of others would have come running — but you choose to sell out.
Read books - forget tv. You will be more informed.
