So I go to the court house today 6/23 @10AM per the letter in responce to my mail in “Not Guilty”.
Go upstairs they cant find my name on the docket.Send me to another room.
Lady sez that was dismissed.
Who dismissed it and when I ask ?
Don’t know your done, go home.

Got home after a 1500 yds in the brand new local Y’s pool and theres a letter in my mail dated 6/21 stating that it was dismissed and no need to show up.
It was a nice day for an hour ride to the quiet corner of the state and a swim in a year old 8 lane pool.
Looks like someone with the state has a brain, read the ticket and realized the cop was just being a dick.
Wonder if thats why they call cops Dicks ?
