So after they cut if off, what do they do with “it”? Throw it in the trash? Put in a jar of preservative and give it to the patient? Donate it to someone like John Wayne Bobbitt?

Actually they don’t cut it off, they split it and turn it inside out and stuff it inside to make a vagina like thing.

They don’t cut it off, they slice it open, hollow it out, turn it inside out, make an incision through the scrotum and through the muscles, and push the inside out penis remains into that cavity.

Just picture that for a few minutes.
