McCain said he’d met Trump “some years ago” when he was a businessman, but had not met him since. McCain said he did speak “almost daily” to National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster and Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, however.
“He doesn’t seem to be that upset that he’s not talking to him,” said German Marshall Fund’s Derek Chollet, a former Obama Pentagon official. “He’s trying to run U.S. defense policy through Mattis and effectively ignore Trump.”
The White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

As if anybody really wanted McCain (or a former Obola advisor!) to “run” America’s foreign policies. After all, all of his foreign policy experience has involved crashing and burning four USN aircraft. and getting shot down in a fifth jet to earn his Vietnamese ace award.

Really, is that more negative in effect than the Cernovich link you posted about McMaster manipulating the intelligence he’s giving Trump?
I have suspected Wendle might have been a plaNT. Every post seemed over the top and inflammatory.

Actually, one of those Navy planes lost on McCain’s record was simply a parked fighter onboard the Forrestal...when a second fighter accidentally fired off a missile (while parked on the deck) at a third fighter which was right next to McCain’s jet. I don’t think you can say it was his fault. Reportedly, he was getting an ice cream at the time of the incident, so you can’t blame him.

McPain’s big mistake was to shop that bogus British Intel dossier around the Hill, falsified info on Trumps connections with Russia.

Why would President Trump feel a need to meet John McCain? There is nothing beneficial that could come of it. It would simply be a wasted photo-op.
President Trump has far better things to do than talk to McLame. No one needs a point-blank dose of that demented fool.
