One look at the ops photo tells the story. kushner is in a main power seat and Bannon is more or less in the corner with Jared scowling at him. Ivanka and Jared are down the line leftists and have a lot of influence. You can bet these two were behind that carbon tax summit a month ago. Just to give an example.
