Pretty much my recipe, but I only use 1 Tbsp sugar & 1/2 tsp baking soda.

My grandson says, better than IHOP.

I tease our first-born by reminding her the first pancake never comes out right.

I learned to wait until the edges get holes that do not close up before flipping, else you have a mess.....................

Wife and I have been doing keto/Paleo for over a month, and it’s insane how much sugar is in our food. When you’re actually watching it and realize how much 3 tbsp actually is, it’s eye opening. We’re addicted to sugar in this country.

But, FWIW, I love me some IHOP pancakes too.

They put a little pancake batter in the omelets to make them fluffy.

If you are restricting your carbs you can order an omelet without the batter added.

I can beat that. I can make hash browns at home that are better than coffee shop hash browns.

I make my own as well. It’s amazing how much hash browns comes from one small potato!

They charge $2 per serving as a side for something that cost maybe 10 cents!...............

Princeton University - A sweet problem: Princeton researchers find that high-fructose corn syrup prompts considerably more weight gain:

Don’t know if you’ve ever tried Kruseauz Gluten-Free pancake mix.
It’s smoother than the real thing. Pancakes have a light, silky texture. Good

One of the few if not only gluten-free grain products I like better.
Gonna try your recipe though.

I’m not a huge pancake fan but I live with some. These are the best.

They are REALLY fluffy. And you can use kefir or plain full fat yogurt for the soured milk, if you have it.

We’re addicted to sugar in this country.

Sugar and corn syrup.

We're making the switch from St. Louis style (ketchup and sugar based) BBQ sauce to East Carolina style (vinegar based).

I make my own as well.

Do they come out crispy crunchy brown like mine or soggy and mushy like everyone else's?
