>Always? First, that’s a bizarre characterization of one exchange. Second, I’m following the example of my God, who repeatedly pardoned notorious sinners
Again, I find it bizarre that people like you feel you have the authority to pardon people for their sins especially when they continue in their sin. You’re not God. Jesus requires repentance before grace is given and there’s no demonstration of repentance here. A women with a child without a father needs to A) either return to the father of the child or B) acquire a new father, or C) give the kid up to a 2 parent family. Anything less is she continuing in her sin against her own children and her husband.
>Statistically, he almost certainly ditched her.
72%+ of marriages are broken up by women not men.
>You inadvertently admitted as much yourself earlier, by pointing out that stigmatizing men doesn’t work, so you prefer to focus your efforts on the “sluts.”
I prefer it because historically it’s the only system that works. Want a system where there’s very little male cheating? Make sure every women has a husband and have the death penalty for adultery.
>In any case, I’m done replying directly to you. The entire reason I spoke up on this thread is that it’s important to show lurkers people like you don’t represent all Christians and conservatives.
I’m so offended that a slut defender like yourself doesn’t like what I have to say. Oh wait, I couldn’t care less. So by all means continue on defending the modern system that creates broken children and broken families and I’ll continue on advocating the restoration of the Christian patriarchy as the best way to raise happy children in 2 parent families. We’ll see which of us God rewards.
Just...Wow.
My mom had a saying. “Be careful what you hate, for it will surely move in”. I hope none of your loved ones find themselves a single parent.
Hats off to your spouse. It can’t be easy having to wake up to your ass every day.
