Genocide happened under obama’s watch and he did nothing. That needs to be repeated over and over again. That is his legacy.

Obama did attack ISIS, but only when they attacked another US backed group. When they attacked Syrian government held areas he did not attack them. He was trying to use ISIS to bring down the Syrian government and he didn’t care how many men, women and children they raped and murdered as long as he got his way.
