The Republican repeal and replace bill was a “disastrous piece of legislation” designed to give tax breaks to the wealthy, and it deserved to die in the House, Sen. Bernie Sanders, a Vermont socialist, told CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday.

He also admitted that the Democrats’ Obamacare has “serious problems,” including premiums and deductibles that are too high and areas of the country where people don’t have a choice of insurance plans.

“Ideally, where we should going is to join the rest of the industrialized the world and guarantee health care to all people as a right. And that’s why I’m going to introduce a Medicare-for-all single-payer program,” Sanders said. …

So Sanders will also introduct the payroll tax that starts at 40% federal mandatory withholdings before you are paid... coupled with State and local taxes you can see overa 50% loss of net income! Go Bernie, introduce the European Social Welfare State healthcare model with indexed withholdings ranging from 50-70% depending on your salary. For those of you unfamiliar with the EU taxiation by country, once you hit a 100,000 Euros they hit you for 70%; if you only make 50,000 Euros they take “only” 50%. Incentives to work hard are destroyed when the difference is 5,000 Euros difference on the Dutch model.

Yup. You are spot-on.

Too many members of the C of C and Club for Growth secretly WANT Canada-style single payer. Shove their employee healthcare costs onto somebody else’s balance sheet, and cash-in BIGLY on profit bonuses.

This is exactly what was predicted to the 20 idiots on the F Caucus, but when given a chance to forward the momentum and prosperity for Americans the F Caucus voted to be the Do Nothing Republicans.

So as the markets crash, the MSM will be 24x7 with the lie “Trump destroyed the economy”. The Republicans once again prove to be the “Do Nothing Republicans” moniker thanks to the F Caucus, the MSM will parade the Democrats as heroes who will DO something, they will now become the moniker of the “action party” who want to truly reform and fix healthcare with “single payer” while the Republicans are “Do Nothing” and “wrecking havoc with the ecunomy”.

There will be enough Americans who will believe the MSM and put the Dems back in power position, as the Republicans lose momentum further and if the tax cuts aren’t there by August your IRAs and 401k’s are going to look like s***.

Thank you F Caucus, when the Republicans had their big chance to forward the Trump agenda and prosperity for Americans, the F Caucus and their NeverTrump said NO and F’d up the entire momentum. Pray Trump can get these 20 idiots of the F Caucus out of the way and move on the tax cuts but no doubt the F Caucus will F that up, too, in fact nothing will happen now unless the Dems get something - a lot of things - as their power is rising as the markets and the Republicans decline.

“Crazy, communist old man. It will never pass the House or the Senate.”

Yet.

Give it time...like about 4 years from today.

“This is exactly what the House Freedom Caucus’ masters want. This is a dream come true for the Chamber of Commerce and Club for Growth. This legislation could pass don’t kid yourselves. This will come up for vote in the middle of Obamacares implosion and right in time for midterm elections.”

The Establishment Strikes Back.

Ed Rensi is on FOX Business right now, spelling it out how the F Caucus has now hurt the economy big time, Obama is still running his agenda while the Reps are Do Nothing and the American people and small business will blame DC for being stuck with the costs and issues of Obamacare which means right now blame the Republicans, unfair but fact - thanks F Caucus you idiots are to blame.

Now the Dems will more easily push single payer as they are the “Action Party” and the Reps are the “Do Nothing Party”. The F Caucus really F’d it up.

They’re all part of the Uniparty - that has signaled that they will neuter Trump - at least the great majority of them are.

Revolutions are rarely successful from the inside.

Why not just expand the VA to cover everyone since it is already a single-payer system in place. After all, since it works so great for our veterans, we could merely extend it to all. (Sarc, of course)

Are you gonna use it Bernie?

You lying faux communist POS mother ####er.

How’s life at all the houses?

Republicans have to be careful people aren’t so desperate by next year that it sounds good.

Like the Iraq war and obummer. Not debating the war, but it did help obummer get elected.

Many will turn to relief, whether real or not, and many here know that.

Just because we don’t like it doesn’t make it false.

If anybody needs a GREAT LAUGH,

the republicans used KARL ROVE to ask me for money.

Or “the left” will win.

My reply isn’t nearly family friendly enough to print here.

The new social welfare bill.

Bernie says: Let’s talk about lowering the age of Medicare eligibility from 65 to 55.

Okay, where are the funds to handle this going to come from? The reason Medicare is in trouble is that it is trying to do exactly what Sanders is trying to put in. The “public option” he is talking about is that the ones that prepared and did what was needed to get to the point of self-sufficiency, are expected to pay for those that didn’t. That basically means that when the money runs out from those that are getting by, and the list of free rides increases, no one will have an option except dependency on the government. And their efforts to control heath care will have come full cycle. And government health care at this level and amount, can’t sustain itself.

Bernie says: Let’s deal with the greed of the pharmaceutical industry.

In a Harvard Medical School study, they found a few reasons why prescription drug prices are 5.8% higher in the US than the rest of the world.

1. Drug manufacturers in the U.S. set their own prices, and that’s not the norm elsewhere in the world. But letting the federal government establish a price for a finished product that took millions of dollars a year to test and produce to a level they determine as safe or workable, is not only not a free market and places the government in charge of health care, but it will financially destroy the industry.

An example of what the government has been “selling” to the public for years is that the price of a drug in Canada is cheaper than the same drug in the US. That’s only half true. Without any form of oversee, to include public scrutiny, Canada only uses a partial amount of the drug they advertise in comparison to what the US is demanded in selling inside its borders. You get half a drug, you pay half price. (And maybe get well) And God know what they are cutting it with.

2. The FDA takes a long time to approve generic drugs.

Self explanatory here. Copying drugs can get expensive and counter productive to purpose of the drug. Can increase side effects.

3. Sometimes, state laws and other “well-intentioned” federal policies limit generics’ abilities to keep costs down.

More fingers in the pot, more expense to the maker.

The average cost of creating a new drug to meet profiles established by uncle sugar now exceeds $2.5 Billion according to the TFTS Center for Drug Development. Tack on the price of creation, marketing, and delivery when the price of gas is so ridiculous, and the companies need for funds to go on to the next drug, there is little wonder why they are so expensive.

But you notice, Bernie doesn’t talk about these points, he just plays the blame game when he’s got some that are stuck in the middle of government takeovers of the field to control health care. This was their second effort to blame the health field so they could get control. The first was the lying about HMO’s.

Well, one thing that would shut them down (and up) is to ask them if any of them have read The Conscience of a Conservative lately. That book outlined the dangers of RINOism that was extant and even pervasive back then (it was published in 1960).

The rest of us can provide and pay for our healthcare as we see fit.
