Family was at a Friday Fish Fry at the local church...thank goodness for lent....the second home which caught fire the family escaped from.....

It appears it was a single pilot in the Citation....I thought that plane was rated for a two pilot minimum.....

Was it a ferry job with a FAA exception?

Had to look it up. While there were single pilot versions, Cessna also succeeded in getting a single pilot exemption for Citiation I and II aircraft. My agency requires two fully qualified pilots so I never looked into a single pilot certification, despite having 2500 hours in single place fighters. The Citation would be a fairly easy aircraft to operate single pilot. Nominally you could operate on autopilot from just after takeoff to just before landing. You do have to manage your throttles. No autothrottles.
