Windows is high maintenance, baby!
A nice thing about using Linux, when it comes to a bug or security issue - it’s fixed very quickly & the update is ready to be installed. Windows is like a huge ship that needs a lot of room to turn around, Linux is more like a tugboat - things get fixed much swifter.

But I use both Win 7 and Linux in “dual boot”, which means when the PC starts up, I can choose to use use either one. Both have their pluses & minuses.
