To the best of my knowledge, saying something you believe to be true is not a crime. If Trump hurt Obama’s feelings by saying Obama ordered wiretapping, Obama’s recourse is to sue for libel, and prove in court that the statements were both consciously false and motivated by malice, and that they caused him measureable damage.

Obama must have something big on Comey. Why is he so personally offended over this, and desperate to exonerate golf bum?

Comey, the media, the Congressional imbeciles, et al, are ignoring (some deliberately, others through stupidity) that the NSA was ALREADY surveilling Trump, pre-Obama. What Obama’s administration ordered (presumably with his knowledge and approval) was for NSA raw source data to be promulgated throughout 16 investigative agencies, all of which are jam-packed with leaky Democrat partisans.

Was the NSA conducting any surveillance of Trump, his associates, Trump Tower, etc., EVER? That is the question that must be answered. The snakes are now set up for the evidence to come out. Putin, Assange, anybody — bring it on.

This whole hearing is nothing but an opportunity for the Democrats to grandstand—and they are deflecting the issue of the illegal releasing of Flynn's name and information by insinuating that Flynn has committed criminal acts against the US by collaborating with the Russians. That way they can argue that there was a good reason to release Flynn's info. The Republicans are totally unprepared for the depth of the Democrats' depravity and they are having their lunch eaten, with Comey’s help. The Republicans need to up their game and realize that the Democrats will stop at NOTHING, including lying and trying to imprison an honorable man who served his country valiantly for many years. Trump needs to clean house and replace Comey.
