EXCLUSIVE: Warner Bros is trying to see if there is more life in The Matrix beyond the three groundbreaking films written and directed by the Wachowskis. This is all in the exploratory phase and its unclear if the Wachowskis, then Andy and Larry but now Lily and Lana Wachowski, or the original cast will be involved, or producer Joel Silver. Right now, I hear the studio is likely to create a writers room of scribes to figure out the best possible way to relaunch the franchise.

I thought the first sequel was so bad that I turned off the DVD during that awful, never-ending car chase where the good guys were being pursued by Johnny and Edgar Winters.
I never even unwrapped the DVD for the 2nd sequel.
“...Lily and Lana Wachowski...”
A super-feminine name makes me a real girl!
“BTW all 3 movies I enjoyed. The dance scene in Zion was epic.”
Oh well. There’s always an outlier.
I still love “League of Extraordinary Gentlemen”, because when I saw it with my youngest son, we laughed our asses off.
Best. Comedy. Ever.
Warner bros — trust me, just go ahead and take the Blue Pill!
The dance scene in Zion made many, including me, ponder if that culture was really worth saving.
Both brothers had sex changes? I thought it was just one...
I think the movies and the philosophy in them have been beaten to death. No more please.
I liked them but found the one scene where they are dancing in Zion sort of creepy. Were they having a mass orgy in there or what?
I rather they turn Lord of the Rings, or Dune, into a TV series.
Yes, I found it disturbing as well. Notice they were all young in that scene. I mean where were all the horny old men - not invited?
They are talking about a Dune remake again, which they’ve been doing for more than 20 years.
Like Mad Max, we may never get it. And when we do, we prolly won’t get it correctly.
Children of Dune was a great miniseries. Alice Kreige. Can’t go wrong !
The new plan original actors, even if in somewhat different roles. Read more about it here:

ugh, they need to ponder some more, like for the next 100 years. Seeing Larry writhing, nekkid from the waist up made me want to gouge out my eyeballs.
