Bleary eyed and late.
Does Anyone Really Know What Time It Is?
Those who rule over us need to pick a time and leave it alone.
The only thing worse was year-round DST.
It happened one year during the Nixon administration...
Every 6 months people complain.
Every 6th month and 1 day in, no one cares.
I want daily daylight saving time. Set the clock back everyday at 2AM so I get an extra hour of sleep and then set it ahead an hour at 2 PM so the sun will be up in the evening.
The day is going so fast!
I’m holding on to the furniture!
The time change messes with the Mrs. for a week.
Me, I don’t even notice or care in the least.
In the spring, at 6 PM on Wednesday night, spring ahead 2 days to 6 PM on Friday night
In the fall, at 1:00 AM on Monday morning, spring back 2 days to 1:00 AM on Saturday morning.
Problem solved.
Get rid of it. DST is a holdover from a time when the sun went down in was dark. Today it’s no longer needed. Today everything is lit up, the streets, our phones, even tennis shoes have lights built in.
Cool! I guess that means that the Daylight Savings Time reset makes it 58 minutes after Doomsday now, except maybe here in Arizona. Better get out the Mad Max vehicles and have some fun anyway.
The worst thing about this morning is that I had to switch all of our atomic clocks to Pacific time because they don’t have and “Arizona” setting.

Just think of all the thugs hiding from the police who have been caught because of those tennis shoe lights.
I like that!
Split the difference and leave it the same all year.
I understand what they are trying to accomplish but I think they should just split the different and add a half an hour to each end of the day and LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!
I ***HATE*** DST with a passion.
Jet lag city for about two weeks.
Somebody on Fox&Friends mentioned the other day that it was here to stay .. and in the fall, we would not be changing our clocks.
Hmmmmm ..?? I guess we’ll find out in the fall.
I used to get up at 5 every morning.
Now it’s 4.
And that sucks.
DST is for the lazy and slovenly. It forces discipline into their lives.
0500 is barely dawn at the height of summer.
I just turn on my computer .. and it tells me .. because that time is changed automatically.
Easy.
