I notice all Harley’s now have a radiator...like the old Water Buffaloes.

Not a bad looking bike, but 70 HP? Probably pretty torquey. Ive got 5 bikes already. None are Harley. Not sure who they are targeting market wise. Women? Water Buffaloe? My dad had one. I drove it a couple times on some short trips. Pretty cool bike for the times. Very smooth.

I never got any seat time on them. Would love to own one. They were the Kings of the Burnouts back in the day.

Vrods are water cooled and have radiators. The rest just sport oil coolers. Look like radiators.

That's not at all true. The "cafe" models and the Vrod have a radiator, but the traditional bikes do not.

EPA regs have pretty much forced HD to go water cooled. Personally, I prefer water/air cooling to just air. Traded in a Street Glide for a Goldwing because I was spending lots of time in traffic. 100°+ on a HD in Texas sitting in traffic is no fun. Liquid cooling will make the engines last longer from what I understand.
