FORT WORTH, Texas — A North Texas transgender student has filed a complaint with her school district saying a teacher's aide was insensitive when the aide questioned the student's use of a women's bathroom.
KDFW-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2m8i2AH ) that 16-year-old Ishy Valdez and her mother have spoken with Castleberry school district officials about Wednesday's confrontation.
Valdez, who's transitioning from a boy to a girl, says she and other students were at Tarrant County College for a class when she was approached by the aide.
The teen says the aide made clear she disapproved of Valdez using the women's bathroom because the teen was born a boy.

It’s amazing that with the tens of thousands of public schools, and hundreds of millions of americans in the world, that this is news.

Can teachers choose to “Identify” on any particular day ass well? If so, as a teacher I’d just follow the miscreant into wherever he/she/it was going.

A transitioning freak carries somewhat more currency and has somewhat more street cred than actually completing the transition. I believe that's why Bruce Jenner has not fully "cleaved" from his past life. The longer you "transition", the longer you "aspire", the longer you "dream" the more you can milk the story.
Anything less than wholesale endorsement is seen as evil in their eyes.
And they want to ramp up the fear and empathy for transgenders in the roll back of the Title 9 redefinition by Trump. So they jumped on the first kinda-sorta story they could find to print.
Sorry Ishy , elections have consequences, as does gender at birth. Go the full route and then you can use the woman’s restrooms.

One Monday morning soon, people are going to laugh and point at these “boys” transitioning to girls, etc., and when the police are called, they won’t come.
The boy needs to be thrown out of school for being a sissy boy. Regardless of how bad “Ishy” wants to be a girl, it isn’t going to happen. He’ll always have XY chromosomes. All the makeup in the world isn’t going to change that. Wake up sissy boy.
