Trump is laying out the obvious: the Russians never "hacked" the DNC server - it is and always was a lie and elaborate political ruse. If the FBI had examined it, they would have discovered that there was no Russian involvement in about 2 hours.

However, the FBI has allowed itself to become a politcal arm of Hillary, the DNC, and the media by perpetuating the false "Russia" narrative.
