It is quite useless to call the no call list people to complain as they seem to have their own scam.

I have centurlink so there scam does not allow caller ID.

I used to report DNC list violators. Then I looked for any indication that any follow-up had been done on the site and found bupkus. The calls still come.

I strongly suspect the Do Not Call list is an employment service for the otherwise unemployable relatives of politicians.
