Happened with Lance Henricksen too. Because of the awful Alien vs. Predator movie.
One of the few halfway decent hollyweird celebs. Married to the same woman for 30 years. Prayers for the family.
Read somewhere that he had a fatal stroke after heart surgery.
I don’t think Lance was actually killed by an Alien.
RIP. Enjoyed his work since he was in “Weird Science.”
Surgery problems are becoming more common now a days. Seems like such a problem that doesnt need to happen.

There’s about a 1.5 to 2 percent risk of mortality for heart surgery which is what he had. The rate varies according to the hospital, but not by much. If anything the rate is getting lower over time, and I’d say that he was probably at a good hospital.
Bishop didn’t die on the spot when the Alien Queen ripped him in half, but he did tell Ripley in Alien 3 to let him die, so he ultimately did die from the injuries. Basically, the alien queen killed him like Mordred killed King Arthur.

Maybe. I heard that there was another Bishop in the Aliens video games, but I did not play them so I wouldn’t know.
RIP Judge Joseph Wapner, 97. He presided over the original “People’s Court” from 1981-1993.
I thought the original "People's Court" was Judge Friesler...
HOLY SH*T!!! That guy was scary...
Whomever portrayed Freisler in “The Last Days of Sophie Scholl” nailed him.
:( Too young
WW2 vet and dated Lana Turner! RIP
And RIP Bill Paxton
Thanks for that. I’ll check it out.
I’ve seen actual footage of him on National Geographic/Military Channel...wow...
Way too young. Sad.
Wapner was a stud! Good for him!
Segal and her? That’s a game of “Who’s career is the bigger train wreck?”
That’s the 1st one that came to mind...”...I’d like to butter your muffin...”
