Trump has completely outperformed expectations in his first month. Astonishing when you consider he has pretty much the entire establishment against him. When all is said and done, he will likely be a historical presidential figure, up there with Washington, Lincoln and Reagan.

And a 10 if he had done the above AND got congress to approve all his nominees immediately. Heck, recess appoint them all now and then let congress actually vote them in officially later.
