I would hope also with domestic violence so her gun gets taken away. If we have to live under idiot laws they damn better be applied when women break them.

"From a .38, not some mouse gun." It might have been a 38 S&W; 146 grain round nose lead bullet at about 700 FPS. As you say not a mouse gun. The bullet just went were there was not anything important, lucky guy.

It did seem very obvious it would be.
I had to laugh at this article. Assuming they have been married a long time, I guess at some point you get fed up and decide not to take it anymore.
