Most of us instinctively recognize the threat of journalists skewing the news. However, there are very few who challenge those historians who do similar things.
For this reason, I believe historians pose a greater threat than do journalists, simply because they go unchallenged.
Its been a long time since I read Sun Tzu, but I do believe he talks generally about that. The threat you don't know and don't prepare for is always greater than the threat you are ready to receive.

Progressives do not want to discuss their own history. I want to discuss their history.
Summary: We desperately need citizen historians to challenge these people. Elites have controlled history for far too long.

Any list of past presidents that has Calvin Coolidge ranked 28th and Jimmy Carter ranked just below him (and Lyndon Johnson ranked 10th!!!?) is just absurd. No deeper analysis is needed or warranted.
