Consider these:
- More Omega-3s
- Eliminating major Omega-6 oil sources
- More Antioxidants of most any sort from most any source
- Probiotics (some modulate the immune system)
- Take Vitamin D (modulates the immune system)
- Reduce sugars/carbohydrates (sugars are pro-inflammatory)
Stay active and keep your attitude positive.
Heh. It’s such a bad joke - both - but there are times when someone has to take the hit for eating the last doughnut.

I do all of that. No sugar. 3 gm glucosamine & Chondroitin. Family history is a grandmother frozen into a pretty rigid position from her 20s and relatives who ride electric carts in the grocery store because they won’t do all that witch doctor nonsense. They just do what their physician says to do. I take 10k units of D3 and have not had a cold or other virus in 11 years and never a flu shot.

Since I started the curcumin the psoriasis which I thought was just one of the crotchets of old age has all gone away and other nagging irritations are gone.
I have a daughter who researches all of that stuff minutely and is keeping her immediate relatives pretty healthy sans doctors.
