“The dumbass eating pizza with a fork in NEW YORK”

I eat pizza with a knife and fork. I was born on Staten Island. Plenty of people eat pizza with a knife and fork. Plenty of people eat spaghetti with a fork and spoon. Plenty of people take their dress shirts off & eat red sauce in their tee shirts... It’s just a thing... Ain’t no big deal.

I do, too. Thin crust can’t be picked up until it’s been in the fridge a day or so. And with a K&F, I eat slower.

Kasich believed that shoveling in pizza & cheesesteaks made him a man of the people. Went over like a lead balloon.

I’ve tried it at the desk. It just doesn’t taste the same as when picking up and biting into the cheesy goodness.

WHAT?

It's much easier with chopsticks.

Same here K&F’ , I was born in the Bronx, Fordham section. Many Italians there do the same. Don’t know what the big deal is. Personally I find eating with a K&F does not fill me up as much as folding and ‘wolfing’ it down.

Knife and fork...it’s how pizza is eaten in Italy. Spaghetti gets a fork and spoon.

I’ll never forget...we were in Cefalu, Sicily, eating lunch on the patio at a seaside restaurant. I leaned over to cut up my young daughter’s spaghetti so she wouldn’t slop it all over the place. An Italian man at the next table over wagged his index finger at me in a “No” gesture. Little did he realize the range my kid had with a string of spaghetti.
