Same here K&F’ , I was born in the Bronx, Fordham section. Many Italians there do the same. Don’t know what the big deal is. Personally I find eating with a K&F does not fill me up as much as folding and ‘wolfing’ it down.
We in Ohio know him as ‘K-Sucks’...
He is in his 2nd consecutive 4 year term as governor and cannot run next time (term limits). We will soon be rid of his sorry ass.
Knife and fork...it’s how pizza is eaten in Italy. Spaghetti gets a fork and spoon.
I’ll never forget...we were in Cefalu, Sicily, eating lunch on the patio at a seaside restaurant. I leaned over to cut up my young daughter’s spaghetti so she wouldn’t slop it all over the place. An Italian man at the next table over wagged his index finger at me in a “No” gesture. Little did he realize the range my kid had with a string of spaghetti.

That is my take on this too. Trump said he liked being unpredictable when he was running. Sounds like it is working.

And while Kasich has been married twice and has children, old rumors are being explored about his past. It appears almost all of Kasich’s inner circle seems to be homosexual moderate Republicans. That’s hardly a scandal, but what exactly are Kasich’s relationships with them?
Apparently, Kasich has a weekly dinner meeting with friends who happen to be gay, and lived with a gay man for years while serving in Congress. Is this all usual behavior for a married, straight male?

If somebody wants to eat pizza with a knife and fork, I say fine, figure they don’t want to get their hands greasy. But, for someone pretending to be Joe-Blow man of the people, with a long track record of stuffing his face for the cameras to a disgusting degree, I will agree, it’s ridiculous.
