Oak Cliff man stabbed roommate who didn't flush the toilet, police say

A witness told police that Darren Clark, 50, had gotten into an argument with his roommate of three years, Charles Jones, because Jones didn't flush the toilet after using it. Clark pulled out a knife and stabbed Jones, then fled, the witness said... Jones, who had been stabbed twice in the chest and once in his right arm, was taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center.

Clark was charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — family violence. He has been released from the Dallas County Jail after posting $50,000 bail.

A clear violation of the Roommate Contract.
If this was a second or third offense then physical violence may have been called for.

Or alternatively he could have been sentenced to seven days of Sheldon Cooper expounding on the various details of the Roommate Contract and another seven days of the fine art of the Interpersonal Relationship Contract followed by three days of Rajesh waxing poetic about anything sexual.
After that he would NEVER forget to flush.
