Most of the ones I saw , they were right here in the good old US of A... no need to travel to find that.
One episode I remember was a firefighter in Kali... got some kind of microbe from fighting a wild fire... literally ATE his brain...
You re right. I will amend my comment to include swimming in lakes in southern states like Florida or Georgia. Lots of nasty bugs people have picked up from them.
