lol...+1.
Fenugreek is also phenomenal for colds.
It works much the same as Mucinex, thinning out the mucous. And it's FAR cheaper and has no side effects that I've been able to discern.
If I wasn't a cancer survivor, I would be reading this and probably be getting shots from my MD thinking everything is good. IT"S NOT!!! Free info on the interweb is just that,.....free.
Haha...yes...you are Nirmal for YOUR AGE...look up Dr. JONATHAN WRIGHT. There can be issues with hormones...you have to be properly tested and monitored. If you have the means, Dr. Wright is the doctor to talk to.
I have very low T, for reasons I won’t go into.
Basically all I have is the tiny amount made by the adrenal.
Too much testosterone. My, you have a dirty mind!
I’ve not really paid much attention, but now that you mention it I don’t recall having a stopped up nose or any sinus problems for a while now. Never occurred to me that fenugreek would have that effect.
Um... no.
Not in the amount a guy does but you do need some.
Oddly enough weight lifting will bump your production up.
Yoga will not.
“Fact” #12 is bogus. Someone did a study where they gave a bunch of old farts testosterone supplements, and some of them suffered heart attacks. The thing is, none of the elderly subjects were screened for heart disease before the being admitted to the test. It’s highly likely that men with pre-existing heart disease were made to feel so much better by the resulting elevated testosterone levels that they decided go out and run a marathon or chase some young filly around the pasture, and overtaxed their weak hearts in the doing. There’s not one iota of evidence that the testosterone itself was the cause.
I’ve been taking testosterone supplement for a few years - the cream that you apply daily. I feel like crap when my T level drops. Unfortunately my insurance company no longer wants to pay for it because it’s so expensive - which really makes me wonder why female hormone supplements are relatively cheap.
Now, I do believe that higher levels of testosterone will increase the rate of growth of prostate cancer. It does not cause prostate cancer....just increases the growth rate.
I have a PSA (prostate specific antigen) test done every six months. Elevated levels of prostate antigens can indicate cancer is present.
——Fifty percent of men in their 80s have testosterone levels below the normal adult male range.-——
That means I have at least a 50% chance of normalcy as 80 approaches
Tell me where female hormone supplements (that work) are cheap.
Yes, a Bic lighter. I mean, I wouldn’t use a blowtorch...
Generally only if they are rubbing up against the spot you applied it within ten minutes of your applying it.
Okay. Thanks.
