Sierra Club pushing abortion as population control to ‘save the environment’
Cornwall Alliance ^ | February 6, 2017 | Mary Kay Barton

Fox News host Tucker Carlson interviewed the Sierra Club’s Executive Director, Michael Brune, on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Feb 2, 2017.

Carlson, a former Sierra Club member himself, dove right into asking Brune the tough questions.

Puzzled by some of the Sierra Club’s recent position statements on such varied topics as President Trump’s border wall, the women’s march, abortion, and transgender bathrooms, Carlson asked Mr. Brune why the Sierra Club was veering away from protecting the environment to taking positions on the unrelated issues. For those who still naively believe that the Sierra Club is focused on protecting the environment, Brune’s responses are nothing short of shocking.

Carlson quoted a statement the Sierra Club issued on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade and asked Brune, “How does abortion help save the planet?” Brune responded, “[Abortion] helps to address the number of people that we have on this planet. We feel that one of the ways in which we can get to a sustainable population is to empower women to make choices about their own families.” …

Can we start by sterilizing all the “migrants” in the world today?

If he is so enamored with abortion, I recommend that he begin with himself. If he thinks fewer people are better, why doesn’t he terminate himself, any family he has and his parents if they are still alive. But he won’t because he wants others to kill their children.

Remember, this is the same Sierra Club that several years ago hide a study they had funded. They also ran off several of their own Board members. Why. Because the study showed that illegal immigrant populations in California hurt the environment in multiple ways. First, the general population growth added to natural resource usage. Second, populations living in the marginal lands around cities and raising marijuana in the national forests, also added to natural resource damages.

But? Leftist never want to hear the truth if it is not what they want it to be.

Sierra Club members should start by posting their certificates of sterility.

Every single member.

His has 3 kids, Olivia, Sebastian, and Genevieve. That’s more than his and his wife’s fair share. Which one of them is he willing to toss into the volcano?

What hokum. If every man, woman and child alive today moved to the state of Texas, that state’s population density still would be lower than the 50 most densely populated cities in the world. And you expect me to believe the resources of the entire rest of the planet couldn’t sustain WAY more than 7 billion people????

The truth is, almost anywhere on earth today where there is widespread starvation, there also is a tin-pot dictator using food as a weapon. The US alone could feed the entire planet, but if we did we’d exhaust the Ogallala Aquifer (which is what makes large-scale commercial farming sustainable in the Midwest) in pretty short order. And even that would be fix-able if we had enough nuclear reactors operating to produce hydrogen for hydrogen fuel cells (to power farm machinery and automobiles that emit nothing but water) and to desalinate seawater in quantities sufficient for drinking and irrigation.

That’s one of the big myths of the left. Using water doesn’t use it up, it only contaminates it or otherwise alters its form so that energy is required to restore its potability. Fission reactors fix all of that, and more besides.

I wish I had read this before I purchased a 2017 Sierra Club desk calender for my wife. I will not be buying any more Sierra Club stuff until this clown is gone, count on it. Imagine, calling for the killing of children to achieve a sustainable population. What a dufus!

No new news here.

Research NOI, New Organizing Institute and how it became Wellstone.org. Remember when Glenn Beck told us to organize then organize the organized? Now Wellstone was a spin off from an internal get out the vote mechanism of the Clinton's. The FEC said no, you can't keep this going so they spun it off.

You used to be able to go into the group and look at the flow charts. So your a SJW and need funding and training and your org doesn't have the money? all the sister org's are linked including NARAL, Planned Parenthood, and the Sierra Club amongst many, many others and they will hook you up.

So your RINO Republican Grandma that is giving to the Sierra Club because she likes the environment clean and likes nature walks has no idea what these groups really stand for and who their fellow travelers are.

The left is so organized and we don't have a bleeping clue.

Their are those that have tried to launch a like org on our side and as far as I know he never got it off the ground.

We are probably not 10 but maybe even 20 years behind....

I suggest we start cleaning-up the environment by eliminating everyone on the Sierra Club’s membership roster.

Why don’t they lead by example and abort themselves?
