Part of the wisdom that comes with growing up is realizing that we can only become fully mature and responsible adults when we recognize and acknowledge that some of the things that come naturally to humans are not in the long run the best things.
This is why a loving God warns people about behavior that He calls “sin” and why He tells us to avoid it, and why He had to provide a way to pay the penalty for it. Otherwise the weight of sin would eventually become too much for people to bear by themselves.
But the concept of sin is not politically (meaning ideologically) acceptable so of course none of your friends and fellow beautiful-people warn you about it, nor even care about it themselves. That is why their own lives are in such turmoil.

It would be quite easy for her to enter into an open relationship where both (or all) sides agree they can screw whoever they want whenever.
Instead I think what she wants is to be in a “monogamous” relationship where she can cheat without guilt or consequences.
