A woman has gone on trial in Munich on charges of murdering her lover with an electric circular saw.
The 32-year-old woman, named only as Gabrielle P under German privacy laws, is accused of killing her boyfriend while he was tied to the bed and blindfolded during a sex game.
After the killing, prosecutors allege she used the saw to cut off the head of her 28-year-old victim, who has been variously named as Alex H and Sebastian H in the German press.
Gabrielle P admits the killing but her defence lawyers plan to argue it was an unpremeditated act of desperation.
After Alex H was dead, Gabrielle P used the saw to remove his head from his body then covered his remains with a sheet. She did not return to the room and left the body undisturbed for six months.
It was not until she brought a new lover, Christian K, to the house that the body was discovered.
Instead of alerting the authorities, Christian K helped her bury the dismembered corpse in the garden of the house.

Anyone who has used a circular saw would know it would be pretty hard to accidentally decapitate someone with it. But there was this guy who tried to convince me he accidentally shot himself in the back with a shotgun.
Now the Muslims will begin beheading in this fashion and claim it was their idea all along.
Rather like the Muslim who invented the condom by utilizing the lower intestine of a goat. Later a Brit improved on the design by removing the intestine from the animal.
You know, my dad once told me that girls will sometimes do something that's a red flag, like asking you to help her bury a dismembered corpse and when you see them you ought to run in the other direction. Guess this guys dad never gave him that advice.

dated a Hungarian woman in my sinning days. She cut her and her husbands bed in two with a chain saw because he was with another woman. I wish she would have told me that before we slept together. We had a summer long fling and my friend, a psych, asked me if I was crazy. You know, I’d probably do it again even if I knew in advance.
I’m thinking a Sawzall would have been the better way to go. The depth of cut on a circular saw isn’t that deep and with the base plate having to navigate between the shoulders and the head, just doesn’t seem like you would get that clean of a cut. Besides, with the depth of the blade being an issue, you would have to run through one side and then stop, roll him over and line up your cut from the opposite direction.
Definitely a job for a Sawzall... work smarter, not harder.
