there is a tendency with ex presidents for other countries to try and use them to make deals and do back door foreign policy. years ago ex President carter negotiated on his own with North Korea lousing up president Bushes foreign policy and forcing bush to except a deal with North Korea. I think President Trump Plans on charging anyone from the Clinton camp and The Obama camp with violating the Logan Act if they try to force a foreign policy decision on him by talking unofficially with a world leader on the united states behalf
