I was going to say as much, but figured someone else would or you would clear it up. I’ve never heard Billy Mumy (or anyone) say a bad word against him as a person.
I think as a kid I was picking up on the slimy oiliness of his character, which he did a good job of expressing.
I LOVED his part in “A Bug’s Life”. It was perfect...:)
