How are convicted prison inmates allowed to get new tattoos? Did the taxpayers pay for this?
Convicted murderers need to be executed. This insanity needs to stop, and we need to stop paying for it, in more ways than one.
I think they do it ‘inhouse’ with ballpoint pens and needles or pins, it’s been going on in prisons for a long time...
